1. Main Function
The test machine performs the writing and tapping life test on the touch screen, adopts the mechanical structure to drive the weight to generate a standard constant pressure, and simulates the click life test of the product. The test items have a rubber hardness test, a surface paint hardness test, and a paint adhesion test. The machine has the functions of double-head pressure, adjustable speed, adjustable stroke, and stop number.
2. Installation
First, Disassembly:
Carefully unpack and confirm that the items are complete. If there are any errors or omissions, please contact the supplier directly.
Precautions before installation:
The test machine must be placed on a level surface.
A certain amount of space must be reserved around the test machine.
Power cord: Plug the power cord into a three-pin socket that is 220VAC, 3A, and reliably grounded.

4. Testing machine maintenance and repair:
(1). After each use of the machine table, the adhesive paper residue adhered to the table top should be completely removed. The residue can not be wiped with a hard object. It can be detached with a strong adhesive tape. It can also be wiped with WD-40. Do not use any organic solvent to wipe the casing and surface. Otherwise, the surface paint will fall off and the table will be oxidized.
(2). When the weight is assembled, it is not advisable to stack more than 3 weights, otherwise the swing is too large, resulting in deviation of the measured value.
(3). The machine mechanism inside the machine is permanently lubricated and requires no maintenance. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer.
