Working Principle and Function

The programmable constant temperature and humidity chamber refers to a test chamber capable of simultaneously applying  temperature and humidity stress, and is composed of a refrigeration system, a heating system, a control system, a temperature system, an air circulationsystem, a sensor system, etc.; the above systems belong to electrical and mechanical refrigeration separately.

This machine has a large temperature and humidity control range, and can provide: constant low temperature test, constant high temperature test, constant damp heat test, high temperature and high humidity test, high and low temperature wet heat combined cycle test.

It is suitable for the reliability testing of temperature and humidity change products in various industries such as plastics, electronics, food, clothing, vehicles, metals, chemicals, building materials and aerospace.

Technical Parameters

Structure introduction and material description:

1. The programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber is mainly composed of a tank, a refrigeration system, a heating system, a humidification system, an air circulation system and a control system;

2. The unique air circulation system avoids the dead angle of airflow in the tank and improves the temperature and humidity uniformity of the product. The appearance is stylish and generous, while using the three-dimensional multifunctional stereo effect, it saves space as much as possible, making the installation simpler and more convenient to use;

3. The inner working chamber is made of stainless steel, the surface is flat and bright, and a large-area observation window is arranged in the middle of the chamber door, and an observation lamp is provided, so that the user can clearly see the test condition of the sample;

4. The shell of the chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate (or A3 steel plate with electrostatic spraying). After careful welding and grinding, the surface of the whole shell of the box is flat and beautiful;

5. The insulation layer is made of rigid polyurethane foam with a small amount of ultra-fine glass wool, which has the characteristics of high strength and good heat preservation;

6. The programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber refrigeration system is installed in the lower part of the chamber. The chiller adopts the international advanced French Tecumseh brand compressor, which is easy to install, reliable in performance and low in noise. Mechanical refrigeration loop system is fully automatic control and safety protection coordination system;

7. The heating uses titanium humidification tube, and the sealing strip uses silicone which makes the sealing effect perfect;
