4. Main Function

1) The battery weight impact test device adopts a fully enclosed box structure, and the impact working chamber is partially isolated from the mechanical part of the equipment body, the electric circuit, etc. (except for the shaft lift portion of the lifting device).

2) The impact working chamber has the functions of explosion-proof and exhaust, which can instantaneously release the pressure generated by the explosion of the sample and discharge the smoke generated by the explosion.

3) The working chamber of the battery weight impact test device has moderate corrosion resistance and easy cleaning function, and can withstand the corrosion of corrosive liquid generated by battery explosion and is easy to clean.

4) The battery weight impact test device adopts two relatively independent control modes, remote and on-site. The weight lifting height can be preset and displayed, and the heavy object release process is completed by automatic control.
